The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule (eight-hour days) and optional four 10-hour shifts. Salary ranges from $180,149 to $246,043 annually, with relocation support up to $10,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Minimum 3 years NICU and/or Pediatric RN experience.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of pediatric clinical experience per CCS requirements.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and family-centered care.
