Qualifications

• RN licensure in Iowa required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum two years hospital nursing experience.
• Two years supervisory nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient care in Medical Surgical and Critical Care Units to ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective services.
• Develops and implements competencies, quality monitoring, and ongoing education for nursing staff.
• Serves as primary resource for clinical skills and expert knowledge to nursing staff and assists unit leadership.
