Signature HealthCARE Terre Haute is seeking an experienced RN to join our 176-bed facility. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise aides, manage medications, and contribute to individualized care plans, while ensuring resident dignity, safety, and comfort.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Strong clinical observation, medication administration, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts.
• Monitor residents’ status and report changes to the physician and families as needed.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per facility policy.
• Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
