Pine Grove Nursing Center in Center, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term and rehabilitative care team. The 6am to 6pm shift will allow you to direct patient care in accordance with clinical systems and physician orders.

Qualifikationen

• Current, valid RN licensure required.
• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
• Management/supervisory experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintains nursing service objectives, goals, and standards per licensure and Nurse Practice Act.
• Assesses staffing needs with Nursing Director.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receives, transcribes, and implements physician orders.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates care plans.
• Identifies equipment and supplies needed.
• Directs and oversees nursing staff.
• Participates in duty assignments.
• Coordinates tasks and time management for staff.
• Monitors infection control compliance.
• Investigates accidents/incidents and documents them.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
