Job summary

Pine Grove Nursing Center in Center, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 6am–6pm shift to deliver high-quality patient care in a long-term and rehabilitative setting.

You will supervise and participate in care delivery, administer medications, document orders, and help ensure a positive resident experience while meeting regulatory requirements. RN licensure, long-term care experience, and supervisory skills are required; benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred
• Management/supervisory experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Maintains nursing service objectives and standards as per licensure.
• Evaluates staffing to meet resident needs in coordination with DON.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receives and implements physician orders.
• Implements and evaluates care plans.
• Supervises subordinate staff and assigns duties.
• Organizes tasks and time management for team.
• Monitors infection control compliance.
• Investigates accidents/incidents and documents findings.
