Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Irvington, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated care team. You will lead with excellence, oversee rounds, and deliver person-centered care to residents while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• RN license in NJ (required)
• Experience in nursing homes or long-term care preferred
• Strong commitment to compassionate, high-quality care

Responsabilités

• Lead with Excellence: collaborate with DON/ADON to ensure high-quality care
• Daily rounds to ensure adherence to nursing standards
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care and address concerns
• Participate in surveys to meet regulatory standards
• Mentor nursing staff and foster collaboration and learning
• Facilitate in-service training to keep staff updated on best practices
• Investigate, document and follow up on incidents
• Develop and review individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams
• Lead emergency responses ensuring safety of residents and staff
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
