Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and communicate with physicians.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient information, medications, treatments, and test results.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
