Job summary

Gem City Nursing & Rehab in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, part-time, or per diem roles across day shifts (7a-7p). You will supervise resident care under the RN Supervisor, ensuring high-quality services in line with established policies.

Responsibilities include staff assignment, charting, medication administration, and ensuring resident rights and safety. Supervisory duties involve reporting, evaluating resident status, and coordinating with nurses and consultants.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise professional and nonprofessional staff.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Complete all RN required forms and charts upon admission, discharge or transfer.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents and assist with transportation and packing.
• Perform nursing duties such as catheterization, tube feeding, suction, dressing changes, and specimen collection as per facility policies.
