Job summary

Complete Care at Bey Lea in New Jersey is hiring a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead and mentor the nursing staff, oversee daily clinical operations, and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care.

This full-time night shift (11 PM–7 AM) includes every other weekend, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. LPNs may be considered; PCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey RN License.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is desired.
• LPN may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift, including medication distribution and patient care elements.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and families.
• Ensure staff comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
