The Gardens at Gettysburg in Gettysburg, PA is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead a nursing unit on weekdays with a 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule and on-call rotation. You will provide leadership, clinical oversight, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to promote high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in PA.
• Supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and clinical best practices in skilled nursing facilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Oversee care planning and coordination in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and policies.
• Monitor documentation, assessments, and clinical outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the Director of Nursing.
• Assist with survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote staff development, training, and performance management.
