The Gardens at Gettysburg, a skilled nursing facility in Gettysburg, PA, is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing unit on weekdays. You will provide leadership, supervision, and clinical oversight to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

This full-time role partners with physicians, residents, families, and the Director of Nursing to promote accountability, coordinate care, and drive survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in skilled nursing facilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Oversee care planning and coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and policies.
• Monitor documentation, assessments, and clinical outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families.
• Assist with survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote staff development and performance management.
