The Meadows at Lawrence in Lawrence Township, NJ is seeking an RN Supervisor for full-time evening shifts (3 PM–11 PM). This 60-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility emphasizes compassionate, high-quality resident care under Marquis Health Consulting Services.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state PA.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience handling multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum of 2+ years nursing experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards in care centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
