Bay Terrace Rehab and Nursing in Dover, DE is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our long-term care team. The role offers a salary of $100,000–$105,000 per year with 3:00pm–11:00pm shifts Mon-Fri and on-call weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required).
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units.
• Oversee implementation of resident care plans.
• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds.
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates.
• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance.
• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
