Job summary

Regency Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Alexandria, LA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead a clinical team and ensure high-quality patient care. You will supervise staff, coordinate care, mentor the team, and uphold standards.

Part-time Day shift (7a-3p) including weekends, with a starting wage of $35/hr based on experience. The facility offers medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO from day one, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Current RN license in Louisiana.
BSN degree preferred; 1+ year supervisory experience.
Strong clinical skills and ability to motivate a team.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage nursing staff, uphold quality standards and procedures.
Coordinate patient care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
Evaluate nursing activities to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient services.
Monitor patient care quality and assist as needed.
Respond to complex, urgent, or emergent situations.
Act as liaison between staff, physicians, and departments for effective communication.
Mentor and develop nursing staff; promote professional growth.
