Job summary
Alexandria Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor for a part-time role with daily pay. Shifts include 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, or 12-hour blocks. The RN will lead nursing staff, oversee clinical operations, and ensure regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality resident care.
Required VA RN license and BLS CPR, with at least 2 years of nursing experience. Competitive hourly pay between $38 and $45, plus benefits and a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active RN license in Virginia (VA).
- BLS Certification (CPR) required.
- Experience managing multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
- Minimum of 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare.
- Strong communication and regulatory knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, timely care.
- Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff.
- Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
- Ensure compliance with orders, care plans, and policies.
- Communicate with physicians, teams, residents, and families.
- Manage multiple residents and prioritize care by urgency.
- Support adherence to nursing regulations and safety standards.
- Promote teamwork and professional leadership.
