Job summary

Sapphire Center for Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing facility in Queens, NY, seeks a full-time RN Supervisors to oversee daily clinical activities, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and coordinate patient care. You will interpret patient data, administer medications, and ensure compliance with DOH standards.

Requirements include a current NYS RN license and BLS certification; 3 years of RN experience is preferred. Excellent benefits and a signing bonus are offered with a 90-day probation.

Qualifications

• RN Supervisor leadership and clinical oversight experience.
• Current NYS RN license and BLS certification required.
• Experience with admissions assessments, med administration and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical activities of nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs).
• Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about actions needed.
• Administer medications and provide wound care when necessary.
• Maintain supplies and ensure accurate EMR documentation.
