Job summary

South Mountain Rehab Center in Boonsboro, MD seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily nursing unit operations and ensure high-quality resident care. You will lead a team, administer medications, document care, and coordinate schedules, while upholding our center's standards and policies.

The ideal candidate has MD or multi-state RN licensure, 5 years RN experience, LTC/SNF exposure, and strong leadership and communication skills to mentor staff and drive quality

Qualifications

• RN license in MD or multistate is required.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards, policies, and procedures.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at South Mountain Rehab Center in Boonsboro, Maryland. As a valued member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring that our high standards of care are met, and providing exceptional service to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care in accordance with our center's policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the nursing management team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Administer medications, document resident care, and oversee the implementation of resident schedules
• Provide guidance and support to our nursing staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements:

• RN License in MD or multistate
• 5 years RN experience
• LTC/SNF experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards, policies, and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our nursing team
