Job summary

Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lake Worth Beach, FL, is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing services on the assigned shift and partner with the Director of Nursing to ensure safe, compassionate resident care.

You will supervise nursing and CNA staff, monitor care plans and documentation, enforce regulatory compliance, and foster ongoing staff development to maintain high quality care in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, active Florida RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, restorative, or geriatric care.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing supervisory or management experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services and resident care during the assigned shift.
• Supervise and support nursing and nursing assistant staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
• Make nursing and aide assignments based on resident and staffing needs.
• Monitor resident care and nursing documentation.
• Ensure medications, medical supplies, and equipment are adequately available.
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning.
• Address staff, resident, and family concerns appropriately.
• Promote staff education, teamwork, and professional development.
• Communicate important clinical and staffing updates to the Director of Nursing.
