Boca Pointe Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Boca Raton, FL, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing. You will plan, develop, organize, and coordinate day-to-day nursing department functions in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of direct care in long-term care, restorative, or geriatric settings.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing supervisor experience, preferably in a nursing home.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must meet state licensure requirements and have no disciplinary action.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs nursing services for residents.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
• Reviews staff complaints and reports to the Director of Nursing as required.
• Maintains adequate stock of medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Assists in assessments of residents' nursing needs.
• Makes nursing/aide assignments and encourages staff training.
