PowerBack Rehabilitation in Fayette County (Uniontown area) seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You will lead nursing units on shift, ensure compliance with policies, and mentor staff across departments to maintain safe, continuous care.

The role emphasizes collaboration, staff development, and oversight to minimize overtime and agency usage while sustaining excellent clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing with delivery of efficient and effective nursing care; achieve positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction.
• Lead, guide and direct clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift; ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Facilitate care delivery model implementation; mentor staff and coordinate with other departments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staffing for safe 24/7 care; limit overtime and agency use.
• Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding and make recommendations for promotions or transfers.
