Job summary

WeCare Centers in New Castle, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff, oversee medical treatments, and ensure compassionate, high-quality care for residents. The role requires an active PA RN license and prior acute or long-term care experience.

You will collaborate with the DON and interdisciplinary team, participate in quality improvement, and support on-call duties. We offer benefits, a team-focused culture, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the State of PA.
• Previous experience as an RN in acute care or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, support and guidance to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with DON, HR, or Facility Administrator to ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure a safe, healthy environment and proper nursing techniques.
• Ensure proper nursing documentation is completed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, vendors and interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in compliance and quality improvement committees and audits.
• Perform nursing staff evaluations, coaching, education and supervision.
• Monitor direct care and conduct audits to ensure high quality care.
• Assume on-call duties with other Nursing Leadership Staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
