MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Supervisor, House - RN to provide leadership during shifts, coordinate patient flow, supervise nursing staff, and ensure safe, high-quality care.

The role acts as administrator on call after hours, responds to emergencies, oversees bed utilization, and helps maintain regulatory compliance while supporting staff and patient families.

Competenze

• Associate Degree or higher preferred
• 1-2 years of related experience in the profession required
• 1-2 years of previous leadership experience preferred

Mansioni

• Oversees hospital operations during assigned shifts with appropriate staffing.
• Monitors census, admissions, discharges, transfers and bed utilization.
• Acts as administrative point of contact during non-business hours.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates resources to ensure safety.
• Serves as incident commander in disaster situations until relieved by a senior leader.
• Supervises nursing staff and provides clinical guidance.
• Ensures compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Handles patient and family inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
