MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM, is seeking a Supervisor, House - RN to provide leadership during night/evening shifts and oversee safe, high-quality patient care. You will coordinate staffing, patient flow, and emergencies while maintaining compliance with hospital policies.

The role requires RN licensure with leadership experience; the center offers a supportive environment, opportunities for professional development, and a patient-centered culture.

Competenze

• Associate degree or higher required or preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience in nursing profession required.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee hospital operations during assigned shifts and ensure adequate staffing.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges and transfers and monitor census.
• Act as administrative point of contact during non-business hours.
• Respond to emergencies and crises with resource coordination.
• Serve as incident commander in disasters until relieved by a senior leader.
• Provide clinical guidance and oversight to nursing staff.
• Promote cost-effective, safe patient care and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain regular attendance and professional conduct.
