Per Diem RN Field Supervisors for Home Care

Expert Home Care has been providing Home Health Care to New Jersey Seniors since 1985. We are currently looking to hire per diem RNs for counties located throughout Northern and Central New Jersey.

Seeking experienced RN(s) to make per diem visits. You will conduct initial assessments, create care plans, and supervise/monitor home health aides. No hands-on care involved.

Let us know which counties you are willing and available to work in. We are flexible in hiring and willing to cover more than one county, which is a plus. We are strictly private pay, with no Medicare or Medicaid cases.

This position is ideal for RNs looking to supplement full-time or part-time employment and who enjoy being in the field. Retirees or semi-retired individuals are welcome. Cases will be revisited at least every 60 days. The role also involves conducting competency evaluations of home health aide staff.

Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of home care/public nursing experience. Experience working for home care agencies is preferred, but if you're unsure how your experience applies, please contact us to discuss. Initial interviews and paperwork can be completed virtually, followed by orientation at our offices. After hire, all communication will be via email or phone. There is no need for weekly office visits. Reports can be sent by email or regular mail. Compensation is per visit, and mileage is reimbursed.
