Job summary
Atrium Health’s Carolinas Medical Center 4B BMT/Cellular Therapy/Hematology Oncology is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead and coordinate patient care for adults with hematologic malignancies undergoing bone marrow/stem cell transplants and CAR-T therapies.
The role requires a BSN, RN license, and BLS certification, with 6 months of RN experience and a preference for 2+ years in nursing leadership.
Qualifications
- 6 months of RN experience
- BSN required; RN candidates with BSN not yet obtained must enroll within 1 year and complete within 3 years
Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
- Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
