You will ensure smooth admission/discharge processes, partner with leadership, and drive evidence-based nursing practices to improve patient outcomes and staff engagement. The role emphasizes teamwork, excellence, and patient satisfaction while aligning with the hospital’s mission.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensed to practice nursing in the state.
• Degree or diploma consistent with RN licensure (AD, BSN, or RN diploma).

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient admissions and discharges to ensure smooth throughput and high-quality care.
• Monitor and influence nursing care quality in collaboration with leadership.
• Foster teamwork with unit managers and staff to improve outcomes and patient experience.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Oversee staff scheduling and productivity guidelines to meet patient care needs.
• Provide input on hiring, training, and performance evaluations to maintain staffing quality.
• Support inventory control and ensure supplies/equipment are available.
