Job summary

Premise Health in Winnemucca, NV is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead the on-site health center. You will provide patient care, supervise staff, and collaborate with the Site Medical Leader to ensure high-quality service for client employees and their dependents.

The role requires a nursing certificate or ASN (BSN preferred), current RN license, and BLS certification (ACLS may be required). At least three years in ER, occupational health, or ambulatory care.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice is required.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS may be required.
• BSN preferred; ASN acceptable.
• Three years as RN in ER, occupational health, or ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to health center staff with Site Medical Leader.
• Support in staff recruitment, interviewing, and training.
• Assess, manage, and develop staff performance.
• Manage clinic staff schedules.
• Oversee nursing care of all patients.
• Provide direct patient care <30% of the time.
• Participate in committees and maintain patient records.
• Ensure environment is clean, infection control followed, patient privacy upheld.
• Oversee supplies, drugs, equipment, narcotics records.
• Participate in Quality Improvement and Risk Management.
• Act as liaison between client, staff, Premise Health, and site ops director/manager.
• May develop health center policies, goals, services, and programs.
• Market health center services to client workforce.
• Other duties as assigned.
