Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse Supervisor for our Health Center in Winnemucca, NV. You’ll lead the health center team, oversee patient care, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance and patient privacy.

The role requires an Associates degree in Nursing with RN license in Nevada, BLS, and at least three years of RN experience in emergency or occupational health settings. A BSN is preferred; a sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing is required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice is required.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS may be required per contract.
• At least three years RN experience in ER or occupational health settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Site Medical Leader to provide leadership to health center staff.
• Assists in recruitment and selection of staff, including interviewing candidates and training new staff.
• Assesses, manages, and evaluates the performance and development of staff.
• Manages and monitors clinic staff schedules.
• Oversees the nursing care of all patients.
• Provides direct patient care (~30% of time) and handles emergencies within scope.

Education

Associates degree in Nursing

BSN preferred

RN license

BLS/ACLS certification

Occupational Health Nursing certification preferred
