Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Assume administrative authority for RN Supervisor duties.
• Conduct shift management rounds to observe staff performance.
• Ensure medications and treatments are administered as ordered.
• Monitor and coach nursing staff as necessary.
