Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• New Jersey RN license required.
• Valid New Jersey Driver's License must be held.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and agency policies.
• Provide clinical oversight to LPN Coordinators and group home LPNs.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching.
• Coordinate physician appointments and hospital admissions/discharges.
• Review MARs for accuracy and follow up with staff for corrections.
• Develop relationships with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, and case managers.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Conduct staff orientation and ongoing training.
• Review diets and ISP compliance for residents.
