Job summary

NHS Management, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Florida. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to meet physical, emotional, and social needs with dignity.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, documentation in EMR, and supervision of CNAs. A Florida RN license and BLS/CPR certification are required; new grads are welcome. Sign-on bonus offered for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida; new grads welcome.
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care as a key member of our RN team.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, perform assessments, and document changes accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and RN protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other RNs to implement individualized care plans.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain up-to-date RN documentation in EMR.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for all residents.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff.
