You will supervise nursing staff on assigned shifts, monitor resident conditions, ensure compliance with care plans, and coordinate with physicians and families to address changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Current, active PA RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Ability to supervise multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in healthcare.
• Strong communication with staff, residents, families and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective care.
• Provide clinical oversight to nursing staff during shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
