Englewood Health Care Center in Alabama seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. You will oversee day-to-day nursing services and mentor CNAs to deliver safe, high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Requires Alabama RN license or temporary license.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care environments preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and supports CNAs and nursing staff.
• Oversees day-to-day nursing services.
• Helps implement and maintain quality assurance standards.
• Assists with medication administration as needed.
• Handles electronic documentation and resident assessments.
• Monitors residents and reports changes in condition.
• Communicates with physicians and responsible parties as necessary.
• Oversees resident care plans and safety practices.
