SanStone Health & Rehabilitation in North Carolina seeks an RN to join our caring team. You will plan, coordinate, provide, and supervise nursing care for residents with a focus on safety and empathy.

Qualified candidates hold an unrestricted NC RN license or a compact license. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time PM shift and a supportive work environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN license to practice in North Carolina or a compact license that allows practice in NC.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and coordinate nursing care on the unit.
• Strong documentation and medication administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the care/services provided by CNAs and other staff.
• Coordinate nursing care of residents on the unit and ensure appropriate care.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to residents.
• Transcribe and coordinate physician orders accurately.
• Perform nursing assessments and notify physician of status changes.
• Develop and implement a plan of care based on assessment.
• Choose nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications.
• Contribute to resident assessments and care plan development.
