Job summary

Qualifications
- RN supervisory/management experience required; 3-5 years preferred
- 1 year of Reproductive Health or Women’s Health experience preferred
- BS in nursing/healthcare admin/education/management
- Valid Florida RN licensure
- BLS required or completed upon hire
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing and clinical staff involved in procedures, diagnostics, and patient care
- Ensure adherence to ART treatment protocols and other procedures
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate care plans with physicians and embryologists
- Provide training, orientation, mentorship, and performance evaluations for clinical staff
- Foster a collaborative and compassionate environment for patients and staff
- Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage
