Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• 3–5 years RN supervisory experience.
• Experience in reproductive or women’s health preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to coordinate with physicians and embryologists.
• Proficient with EMR and healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and clinical staff.
• Ensure adherence to ART protocols.
• Coordinate care plans with physicians and embryologists.
• Provide training and performance evaluations.

• Manage scheduling and staffing coverage.
