Job summary

Atlas Health Group at West Deptford is seeking a Part time RN House Supervisor for the 7pm to 7am shift, every other weekend, to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality care for residents.

The ideal candidate will hold a current, active RN license in the state, have at least 3 years of nursing experience in hospitals or long-term care, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state.
• Minimum 3+ years nursing experience in hospital, nursing home or healthcare setting and at least 1 year in a nurse supervisor role.
• Strong communication, professionalism and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations for long-term care facilities.
• Ability to supervise staff and work harmoniously with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN supervision during the 7pm–7am shift every other weekend.
• Oversee clinical care, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support residents and staff.

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.

• Minimum 3 + years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting and a minimum 1-year experience as a nurse supervisor.


• Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.


• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.


• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
