Job summary

Atlas Health Group at West Deptford is seeking a Part-time RN House Supervisor for the 7pm to 7am shift every other weekend. The role focuses on supervising nursing staff and ensuring high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing setting.

The successful candidate will hold a current RN license in the state, have at least 3 years of nursing experience and at least 1 year in a supervisor role, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Minimum 3+ years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting and a minimum 1-year experience as a nurse supervisor.
• Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
