Job summary

Atlas Health Group at West Deptford is seeking a Part-time RN House Supervisor to cover every other weekend from 7pm to 7am. The ideal candidate will be an experienced RN with strong leadership and supervisory abilities to oversee care for residents in a skilled nursing facility.

The role emphasizes effective communication, professional conduct, and adherence to nursing practices and regulatory guidelines while supervising other personnel.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in the state.
• Minimum 3+ years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting and a minimum 1-year experience as a nurse supervisor.
• Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
