Job summary

Granville Center in Granville, NY is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care in a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on scheduling, staff support, and maintaining a compassionate environment for residents and families.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, health coverage through Aetna, and alt-pay options. Evening shifts 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM with some weekend requirements are included.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
• Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
• Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Manage documentation of resident care services
• Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams
