Job summary

Slate Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a trusted 88-bed facility in Granville, NY, seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and oversee resident care.

You will schedule shifts, ensure high-quality care, and support residents and families with compassionate leadership. Excellent communication and EHR familiarity are required; evening shifts and every other weekend apply. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with Daily Pay options.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required.
• Strong and positive Team Director for all staff.
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements.
• Establish a compassionate environment by supporting residents and families.
• Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by applying rules and regulations.
• Monitor confidential information processing to protect resident privacy.
• Manage documentation of resident care services.
• Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams.
