Granville Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Granville, NY, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care. This on-site role offers evening and weekend shifts with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

You will coordinate care, maintain documentation, and support residents and families while promoting teamwork within the health care group.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• Minimum of 3 years Long-Term Care experience.
• Strong and positive Team Director for all staff.
• Familiar with EHR and prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements.
• Provide support to residents and families to create a compassionate environment.
• Answer questions and requests to inform residents and staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by applying rules and regulations.

Duties:

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
• Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
• Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations
• Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Manage documentation of resident care services
• Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams

Requirements:
