Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Supervisor Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing treatment protocols to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine health status and needs.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient assessments.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and disease prevention.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care across various settings, including medical offices and acute care facilities.

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in health coaching initiatives to promote wellness within the community.

• Stay current with medical terminology and best practices in nursing to enhance patient care delivery.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of hospital protocols and procedures, particularly in medical-surgical environments.

• Experience in home community care settings is highly desirable.

• Proficient in acute pain management techniques and interventions.
