Job summary

Fort Walton Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) and uphold patient-centered care in a sub-acute/long-term rehab environment.

Ideal candidates will hold ASN or higher, possess an active Florida RN license, and have at least 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care, with leadership skills to guide and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice required.
• 1+ years of nursing experience, preferably in Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor the evening nursing team (3:00 PM–11:00 PM).
• Ensure high-quality patient care within a rehabilitation/sub-acute setting.
• Coordinate with leadership to maintain standards and improve resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
