Job summary

Kingsway Community in Schenectady, NY is seeking an experienced RN to lead a nursing team and uphold our person-centered care standards. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, working closely with the DON and ADON to ensure excellence in daily resident support.

The role requires current NYS RN licensure, a minimum of 2 years in long-term care, and prior leadership experience to guide a compassionate, resident-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must be a NYS Licensed RN in good standings.
• Minimum 2 years long term care experience.
• Lead a team of nursing professionals including RNs, LPNs & CNAs.
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to maintain high standards of person-centered care.
• Previous leadership experience is required.
