Job summary

Bedford Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an outstanding Registered Nurse Supervisor to provide basic care and direct nursing staff. The RN will develop the plan of care and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants to monitor safety and quality care on-site.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with at least 2 years in a Skilled Nursing Facility and current BLS/CPR as required by the state, ensuring compliance with all regulations and high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse in the state of practice.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Make nursing diagnoses to guide the plan of care.
• Collaborate with residents and the healthcare team.
• Record administration of medications or changes in patient condition.
• Monitor staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and tasks are performed per state and facility procedures.
• Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies; perform other duties as directed.

Your Job

Needing an outstanding Registered Nurse Supervisor who will provide basic care and directing nursing staff. Your Qualifications

• Makes Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice.
• Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team
• Records the administration of medication or any change in patient condition
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed
