Job summary

Telecare Kern Adult Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) seeks an RN Supervisor to oversee recovery-focused care and the safe administration of medications as prescribed. You will ensure high-quality, policy-aligned nursing support and coordinate with the care team in a 16-bed acute inpatient setting.

Expected shifts include AM and NOC with weekend coverage; starting pay ranges from $56.00 to $69.19 per hour, with geographic differentials and experience-based adjustments.

Qualifications

• RN program graduation and current licensure in the state of operation
• Valid driver's license with active personal vehicle insurance
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to transport clients to appointments and groups

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-focused nursing care and safe administration of medications as prescribed by the physician
• Ensure safe, effective, and efficient direct care in line with policies and standards
• Support implementation of treatment plans and coordinate with the care team
