Telecare Kern Adult Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead recovery-focused care on the 16-bed unit in Bakersfield, CA. The role requires RN licensure in the state, willingness to drive clients using the company vehicle, and shifts including the 6:00 PM–6:30 AM period.

Responsibilities include safe med administration, policy-aligned direct care, and shift supervision to support patient recovery and well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program and current licensure in the state of operation
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and related treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Provide safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with policies and standards of care
• Oversee nursing staff on shift and ensure recovery-focused services on the unit
