St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport seeks a Patient Care Administrative Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead the Nursing department on an assigned shift, ensuring delivery of direct and indirect patient care in accordance with standards and regulations.

This role drives continuous quality improvement, oversees patient flow across the organization, and provides leadership in the absence of the unit manager. A BSN, CT RN license, and BLS are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• 3 years of a cute Psychiatric/Behavioral Health Nursing) or supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Active Registered Nurse license from the State of Connecticut required.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA).
