CHC Addiction Services in Akron, OH seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care. You will implement clinical policies, support staff development, and coordinate care across disciplines in a nonprofit healthcare setting.

The role requires a Nursing Degree with two years of clinical experience, an active Ohio RN license, and supervisory skills, with experience caring for patients affected by addiction.

Competenze

• Nursing degree with two years clinical experience.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• Supervisory experience and skills.
• Experience with substance abuse/chemically dependent patients.
• Ability to suggest or recommend persons for hire, fire, advancement, promotion or other changes in status.

Mansioni

• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities to ensure optimal patient care.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to registered nurses and other clinical personnel.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations of nursing staff.
• Address and resolve patient and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to nursing activities and patient care.
